Beaconsfield, TAS 7270 is located within the West Tamar local government area, part of the null Region in Tasmania.
i am interested in buying the exchange hotel in beaconsfield. i would like to no more about beaconsfield and what its like to live there and if you get much tourism coming in to town . i would be interested in opening up a coffee house restaurant and B&B . i would appreciate if anyone could get back to me with some information.

Beaconsfield is a great town to visit and apparently gets 44,000 visitors a year to the mining museum so you would have a lot of traffic coming through looking for a good place to stop for coffee and food. There are only a few places in town to grab food and coffee at the moment, I would definitely try out a new cafe if one opened
