"Keep on driving..."
All the people who write reviews do you live in Palmyra? Do you notice how people walk the streets at 2-3am drinking? Havent you noticed how close all the tree are to the power lines? Theres no underground power in this suburb. No Fiber or cable internet. What would you say defines a developed suburb? Sad to say its a bunnings, kfc, more than 1 set of shops that has a newsagent and a post office attached... Its not exactly a thriving community with all the tiny 200-400m2 lots and insane number of dead end streets and round about. What defines a bad suburb? perhaps a meat packing plant? and parks where people leave human bodily solids on the bbq facilities. If you think palmyra is worth any more than 2 stars you've never really lived anywhere else.
Great for
- Lots of small units all over, cheap housing close to freo
Not great for
- So so many cars blocking everything all the time. People park like morons right on corners and lawns.
Who lives here?
- LGBT+
Lived in Palmyra 12 yrs - Palmyra had underground power ages ago in Petra street & my duplex block is over 500 sqm. Around Petra st is v.convenient great cafe on Marmion st. Even Cottesloe has its' daggy parts
I think this guy must have the wrong suburb- ain't no Bunnings and KFC in Pally.....I don't know what he is referring to here.
Parmelia maybe?
What's Seville Grove like these days to live in .seriously
Omg I love palmyra so much it's sooo good! Like i'm serious
Lived in Palmyra for over 10 years and never noticed people walking the streets 2-3am drinking - not that I'm usually up that time. Perhaps it depends on what side of Marmion Street you are on? Love the trees - it is what makes an established suburb. It brings the birds, much needed shade and character to the suburb. Community spirit is thriving - make an effort to be part of it. Supsect maybe the last two reviewers would be unhappy wherever they lived.
