"Artery road for suburb"
Runs parallel to Hepburn Avenue. Gets busy with traffic at peak times so can be noisy. Most homes are single storey, face brick and built in the seventies. Schools and shops are close by in Coolibah.

"Room with a view!"
Beautiful homes, many with sea views. Only a hop skip and jump from cafes, restaurants, Hillarys Boat Harbour and the beach. Walk the dog in Seacrest Park or watch AFL at the weekend

"Lots on offer"
Runs from Marion Avenue to Seacrest Drive. Has Seacrest Village at the east end which is a great retirement village. Next to that there is a small shopping centre with a bottle store, deli, hair dressers and real estate agent. You can get fish and chips, Chinese, a hot pie from the patisseri and a fresh roll from the deli.

"Lovely suburb, busy street"
Seacrest Drive will take you from Marmion Drive to Hepburn Avenue, also down to the beach via St Helier Street. Carries quite a bit of traffic so can be quite noisy. There is however a good Medical Centre, Dentist, Physio and bus route to Warwick station.

"Live the dream"
The borders of Hillarys are Whitfords Avenue to the west and north, Marion Avenue to the east and Hepburn Avenue to the south. There is a huge mix of housing and prices vary accordingly. Hillarys Boat Harbour and Marina to the south west, are a huge attraction with shopping, restaurants, cafes and family attractions that include crazy golf, water park and amusements. There is also a sheltered child friendly beach within the Marina.
Whitfords shopping centre is located to the north east of the suburb on the corner of Whitfords Avenue and Marmion Avenue. There is a good selection of shops which are now open on a Sunday too. A smaller shopping area is located along Flinders Avenue with a small Coles store. There is a good primary and secondary school in the suburb, both of which have good reputations.
So Hillarys - with plenty of parks for kids play and dog walking, dedicated beaches for dogs, horses, windsurfers and boats, this could be your dream location.
Great for
- Close to Beach
- Close to City
- Schools close, shopping centres close

"Beach-side Bliss"
Sorrento is a beach side suburb north of Perth. It has many beautiful beaches with grassed areas and public BBQ's. The beaches are very safe for swimming being patrolled by surf life guards. Sip coffee at Voyage cafe while having a fresh cooked breakfast or a glass of wine with your dinner at White Salt and watch the sunset over the ocean.
There are plenty of parks and kids playgrounds with the largest being Seacrest Park where they play ALF in winter and Cricket in summer. There is a mix of single and double storey properties and prices are varied according to sea views, size and location. There are many multi million dollar homes in the suburb but prices can start at around $750,000.
There is a small parade of shops in Harman Road with a patisserie, bottle store, deli, hairdressers and real estate agent. Whitfords shopping centre is the nearest shopping centre being a 10 minute drive north on Marmion Avenue.
The Sorrento Primary school is located to the east of the suburb and the private Sacred Heart College senior catholic school is to the west opposite the beach.
This suburb is all about the beach, boat harbour with marina.

"Perth Suburb with a village feel"
Greenwood is bordered by the Mitchell Free way to the west, Hepburn Avenue to the north, Wanneroo Road to the east and Warwick road to the south. The block sizes are good, being around 650 to 750 square metres with mainly single story properties. Most of the homes were built around the seventies and many of the original owners still live there.
It is a green, leafy suburb that has many parks and play areas for kids. There are walk ways every where so it is very easy to get around and be able to leave the car at home. The Greenwood Hotel is located off Warwick Road and has a family friendly steak bar, sports bar and TAB.
There are two small shopping areas both off Coolibah Drive with butcher, bakers but no candlestick makers unfortunately. There is however, a Farmer Jacks in one and a Coles in the other. Greenwood Primary and Senior College are on the same street.
Greenwood Train station is on the Clarkson line and you can get into the city in 15 minutes on an express train. Property prices are staying keen in this sort after suburb.
Great for
- Centrally located to lots of shops
- Friendly Neighbourhoods
- Lots of parks for the kids
