"Nice Neighbours surrounded by Parks BBQ's, Bikeways and Walkways by the water!"
I've owned houses on the Redcliffe Peninsula and Kippa-Ring and can honestly say since buying here 6 years ago I've never looked back!
For those whom like to rant on about the crime in "The Bay" yes, it has it's share like most areas but do your research, as in some areas of Redcliffe it is actually worse!
I bought close to the water and boat ramps about 100m , 1 km to the shopping centre (which is having a $20, 000.000 upgrade now! Café around the corner and now lots of younger working couples realizing a fantastic lifestyle for young families without the hefty price tag!.... no yet anyway!
Great for
- Parks, Bikeways, Walways, Picnic Areas, Friendly Neighbours, Adjoining the new developing Caboolture river business precinct!
- Close to redcliffe and north lakes
- Close to water
- Affordable
- Has rural and residenntial areas
- Close to Northlakes, Highway either to North or South coasts!
- Close to ever expanding business and industrial hubs of Nortlakes and Narangba.
Not great for
- Vandalism in some areas
- Some streets have teenage "boredom" issues but only a small % of the area
