"Secluded Pocket of Homes"
A quiet ring road in a secluded part of Northmead. Burton avenue typically has two types of Dwelling – Freestanding homes and Strata Title Townhouses. Homes on this street can be up to 40yrs old and generally have large private blocks of land and pristine bush outlooks. Town houses here can have walking access to winsdor road, making it an ideal spot to catch busses to Parramatta or Express to the City.

"Hammers Road - Your Missing Link??"
Hammers road is a convenient link between Windsor road and Old Windsor road that also have the benefit off busses at your doorstep. Although there is a mixture of dwelling types along the street including original properties and new development; the majority of properties here are single level with over 100 villa homes – making this an ideal street for Retirees or singles.

"Quiet and Serene"
Is the access point to a secluded precinct of homes within the Northmead area that has access to beautiful bush walking tracks to enjoy all of the natural Flora and Fauna. It has a great “village” feel with a small set of shops at the Windsor road junction including a Beautician, Hairdresser, Gourmet Pizza Parlour, Chinese Take Away, Real Estate Agency and Café. The area is tightly held with a lot of long term residents.

"Brilliant Family Neighbourhood"
Predominantly a residential family area, form the top of the street you have district views looking over Parramatta and Beyond. This area has brilliant access to transport with M2 and Parramatta Busses at the Windsor road Junction. This pocket of homes is a Family neighbourhood, with all the local amenities you could ever need. Typical home consists of a ¼ acre block, which creates the opportunity to extend the family home or build a granny flat.

A great location in central Castle Hill situated right on the Coolong Reserve, complete with courts, fields, play equipment and fenced “off the leash” dog area. An ideal place to raise a family.

Majority of homes are larger in accommodation and are perfect for growing families. It’s a quiet neighborhood with access to bus transport and right by large parks, courts and paved walking tracks

It’s a quiet location perfectly positioned close enough to main arterial roads without any traffic and hustle and bustle. One of my favourite streets in the area.

"Family Friendly Environment"
A Beautiful tree lined street with lots of 60’s and 70’s style homes. It’s a quiet and friendly neighborhood with a great mix of young families and older retirees living here. I would certainly recommend for young families getting into the Hills Market.

Located the Heart of Castle Hill, Francis street has the benefit of being only a short stroll to the regions busy shopping and dining hub, whilst enjoying a low to mid level of traffic. "Great Family Location"
A low traffic Street located in central Castle Hill, perfect for young families. Backyards are filled with established trees and gardens, whilst at the top of Anthony road there is a quiet cul-de-sac. It’s close enough to walk to bus transport and “Castle Towers” (the major shopping precinct) - without all the hustle and bustle.

"About Baulkham Hills"
Situated approximately 31km from Sydney and next door to Castle Hill, Baulkham Hills is situated in the Hills Shire, which in 2008 ranked 4th amongst all Local Government areas in terms of Quality of Life. Parks, reserves and bushland are all at the doorstep of its busy CBD, which makes it a great option for those who like to get back to nature.
The main demographic group in Baulkham Hills are Families. There are 9 Schools and 18 Childcare centres within the area; this makes the suburb a very convenient option for working families. Schools in the area are:

The majority of residents use their own motor vehicles as preferred form of transport, the intersection of Windsor road and the M2 motorway is the major transport hub in the area, this is known as the Baulkham Hills Junction. You can catch the M2 Express Bus to the Sydney CBD within an hour in traffic from here. There are also direct routes to Seven Hills and Parramatta train stations available.
Baulkham Hills has always represented good value to home buyers compared to other suburbs in the Hills District. Strong Growth and a shortage in rental supply in the last few years is making the area popular with investors, and definitely a good option to consider.

"Ultimate Family Environment"
With a plethora of amenities and great community environment, Castle Hill has been quite an attractive option for families for many years. In 2008 the Hills Shire ranked 4th amongst all Local Government areas in terms of Quality of Life. Being so well serviced, there is not the need to leave the suburb.
The main demographic group in Castle Hill are Families. There are 11 Schools and 9 Childcare centres within the area, and all schools have rated favourably on the Australian Governments My School website, further increasing the desirability for families to move to the area.
Castle Hill residents are generally not first home buyers with the majority having mortgages on their properties. Although the majority of dwellings are freestanding, there is a good mix of town homes, apartments and over 55’s retirement complexes, the largest of which is Mowll Village – the first of its kind in Sydney.
The Majority of the area falls within the Hills Shire council with a small pocket of homes known as the “Oakhill” Estate falling under the Hornsby Shire council. Castle Hill can be broken down into several different estates, all with different characteristics and home types.
