"West end of Chelmsford is excellent"
We lived there for almost 4 years, and although the traffic noise was horrendous, we absolutely loved our neighbours and how close we were to everything. Not too keen on the east end of Chelmsford Drive which is largely government housing. In fact there was a gun siege up there recently...

"Not the place to bring up kids"
After having to call the police a few times due to act rampages in the govies, we decided this street was the pits.

Yes, Government Housing. We're reported cases of rioting, including ramming vehicles into houses, attacking traffic with implements, smashing of windows, excessive noise etc etc. We were glad to move out.
"Almost inner city yet family friendly"
Inner city living with big blocks and without the huge price tag. Although this is the main arterial road for Kaleen, the traffic is fairly subdued with little or no heavy traffic.
