"West end of Chelmsford is excellent"
We lived there for almost 4 years, and although the traffic noise was horrendous, we absolutely loved our neighbours and how close we were to everything. Not too keen on the east end of Chelmsford Drive which is largely government housing. In fact there was a gun siege up there recently...
