Maylands

"Crowded and dirty"

Maylands is only 5KM to CBD which makes it the first choice to move in for many new migrants, but that lies the problem since those people come from different background and do not treat this area as their own home. Crowed and dirty, noisy and unsafe. I do not like living here.

We rent our apartment in central Maylands, and most of our neighours rent theirs as well. There are groups of apartments or units in Maylands which makes this suburb crowded and dirty. Tenanta move in while some move out, too many new faces to regonize and it is tricky to form a good community spirit. I do not think it a good suburb to purchase your houses here, and if you like ,just rent and move in. When you are tired of the atmosphere here, you can terminate you lease and simply move out.

While it is a suitable place for people who want to work in the CBD coz public transportation is handy here, but it is not good to raise a family here.

IITTALA

I agree with so much they come her to live and just do what they want drive like they own the roads and think its funny, I have lived here for along time and over the years its just getting worse I will be renting my place out and moving back to more suitable area, and to raise a family well I would take my children down 8 th Avenue to see fights drug users and drunks, I have had my car broken into twice, so as I said it just gets worse they build big expensive homes here but its just window dressing, you can buy in much better places and feel safe, why would I spend over a million to live here when I can go back to where I went school etc in Floreat, City Beach

Nollamara

"Great suburb to live in. Needless to think twice."

To purchase a new house and move into Nollamara is one of the best and right choices we have made in our life! Nollamara is a great suburb to live in!

Before we purchased the house, we browsed different websites and read different newspaper to find out which suburb is suitable to live in, while Nollamara is not at good reputation since some residents said it was an unsafe place with some lazy and goalless people and offensive or rude language. Well, what struck us is seeing is believing, so we went to Nollamara on our own being not misguided by others's opinion. We were happy we made the dicision.

It is convienently located about 10mins drive to CBD perfect for us to work in the city center. We were impressed by rows of newly-built villas and townhouses which turned this suburb into a brand new look. We attent several home open and astonished by the modern design of those new homes. Well design living area suits in reasonable blocks. No worries for taking care of large garden but you own your private coutyard that enables you to spend happy hours with your family members.

Everything is new! New houses, new residents, new look!

It is an up and coming suburb should be a great place to live in.

Morley

"Subvidied by Tokin HYW"

Generally speaking , Morley is a big suburb with convienence to live in, since the Gellaria and Coventry fresh market have been established. 20mins to CBD and lots of good schools. The western part of Tonkin HYW is very good to nest or invest while the eastern part of Tonkin HY W is far way from CBD but relatively the price is affordable especially for the FHO.
