"What a good spot"

To my surprise everyone living here are friendly and my kids have an absolute ball playing at all the different parks spread throughout the suburb, sometimes the suburb hosts a big screen movie under the stars in the park which my kids love going to. Various professionals living here and I have lost count of how many Doctors I have met whilst at the park. The suburb is well planned with no dead ends and lots of foot paths and all the houses are perfectly spread apart with good space between all. An abundance of schools to choose from and Casuarina square is around the corner.

"New leafy suburb but far far away"

It's new and nice but why are the houses so tightly packed together so far outside of Darwin? The drive into the city during rush hour is about 30 - 35mins and it took me 2 hours to get into work when there was an accident. Nice parks and good for the growing family but there are a few derro teens hanging around. My neighbours did not rate the schools nearby very highly so I kept my children in a school in Darwin.

"Looks good feels good until sundown"

There is a wow factor living here if you can put up with the bugs, you will be eaten alive by sandflies mosquitoes and anything else that likes to eat human flesh. When the sun goes so do your windows and on with the air conditioner for human preservation.

"Very close to everything"

Live here if you want to be close to work in the CBD and like amenities and attractions near by. Bike rides on the Esplanade, stroll to the Mindil markets and paddycab into the city. There is even a school near by.

"Great location but not perfect"

I lived on a busy street with lots of traffic and Aboriginals that liked screaming at each other all day as they migrated through the suburb to the next greencan dreamtime spot. It almost felt unsafe to be outside at night unless the police were nearby. Otherwise great location close to parap markets, the city and beach.
