"good suburb"

good suburb in terms of location and environment, leaf and quiet, has lots of family friendly parks. Great public schools as well. Traffic to city is okay - peak hour might take you 10-20 mins extra whereas off peak hour it takes about 20 mins to the city. Since i dont rely on public transport and wouldnt mind driving, i dont see traffic as a problem. Its also away from noisy inner city so less hectic stuff and strange people hanging around which means more safer to live. The only downside is that its close to mt nebo so you would probably hear cars and bikes roaring sometimes when they on their way up to the mountain. but honestly its happening everywhere in brisbane.

"overall good suburb"

close to gateway and highway, overall good suburb - quiet and relaxing. Not good for investment but good for family/couple living. However the place I stayed at got broken into once - suspected druggie who most likely went to the wrong place for drug dealers. Though this incident doesnt really change my overall point of this area, i wouldnt say it is a really safe suburb.

"good for family, good education resources, lots of parks and outdoor life, safe"

Disclaimer: my comments refer to NEW Keysborough suburb which is the area located SOUTH of Dandenong Bypass on the map.

Good suburb for living as a family. Peaceful and quiet. Prices are going up but still affordable for most families if you are lucky. Around 5 mins driving distance to one of the best schools (Haileybury) in Australia, also the new Keysborrough Primary School has a good reputation too. Two shopping centres are nearby and if you want extra flavour you can always go to food markets in springvale which is about 15 mins drive. Being closed to noble park geographically, yes, however i see no problem. I havent had any issues of being broken into or stolen. Redsuburbs.com states its ranked 10/100, which is the first tier suburb in terms of safety.
