Reviews of Durack, NT
"Its OK"
Moved out to Palmo from the northern suburbs, wish i didn't. The demographic is made out of primarily bogans who actually think Palmerston is the best place ever. If you have ever been to Bali, it is that same feeling when you meet other Australians who think it is the best place ever. OK so it is certainly leafy and there are nice lakes to dump the bodies if you are so inclined. The schools are filled with degenerate children who have much the same parents. Have had a couple drug busts down the road apparently selling meth out of a golf cart. I've given a generous 1 star because out of the whole street there was one neighbour who shared the same opinion about the place and kept it entertaining until they left. Also lots of car hooligans, Woodlake blvd is a race course at night or escaping from police.
"One of the nicest suburbs in Palmerston"
Durack is probably the nicest suburb in Palmerston, equal to Rosebury or Bellamack. Families, Retirees, Couples, Defence, lovely place to live.

"Durack Review"
Nice secure location close to service station and shops, golf course and new water park, schools and child care facilities are within walking distance, surrounded by a golf course with plenty of paths for walking or for the kids to ride their bikes and scooters. Next to the university, football fields and tennis courts.

"Hedley Place"
We have lived in Hedley place for 2.5years. It is a safe, mainly owner occupied street. There is a lot of road noise from University Ave, but it does have a great convenience store and Golf course and Child care at the end of the street. There is no through traffic or pedestrians.
