Great place to work as you go against traffic, but living here and work in town, enjoy the traffic. But beautiful and plenty of potential as this side fo the river expands

I wouldn't live here anymore as there is suburbs nearby that will outperform, but it is good for all my needs. Definitely a better environment than on the other side of the bridge

I grew up enjoying the Valley, but due to a lack of council works the place is just sad and gloomy. Plus you don't get the best views

To many bogans, to much crime but still okay to live if you can manage to find a cheap house

I loved growing up here but people are just holding on for hope this side of the river will improve but the traffic is crazy, the nightlife sucks and fights, smashed bottles etc are common

After a lifetime in Tassie, its all down hill for this side of the river, congestion and traffic is borderline insane at all hours. Wait until their is a stadium, you won't be able to move.

If the agent is telling you to buy here, run. Its a trap. This place is just a glorified Glenorchy, same crime, same people, they just live there as well.

Our family loves to adventure, so being in the perfect location to head off, without the traffic, mostly families and professions. We love it, the views are great and the community is awesome.
