Tarragindi

"Great access to Brisbane city"

I have lived here for 8 years. We moved here when i was expecting my first child, as we wanted a family friendly suburb that had great facilities and lots of parks. We now have 2 children, and we find life to be fantastic in this area with friendly neighbours. There are many excellent primary and secondary schools within 5 -10 min drive and we also so close to Griffith University, QUT and UQ . Public transport options are great as are road transport options. we are only 7 min to CBD and not to mention we have a great bike way i.e only 15 min by bicycle to Brisbane CBD. Shopping is fantastic with most major retailers based there. We can access 2 of Brisbane's biggest and best shopping centre within minutes (Garden City and Carindale Westfield shopping centre).
in addition, we are so close to Nature...with Mt Gravatt outlook and Tarragindi recreation reserve only minutes away, so you do not feel like you are in the metropolitan area :) In addition, we are so close to a few Hospitals such as PA hospital, Sunnybank Private Hospital and Lady Cilento hospital.
Can't speak highly enough of the suburb and its liveability. And every year services are improving. I have lived in many parts of Brisbane at various stages of my life and never could I have dreamed to find such a cosy suburb such as Tarragindi, Its feels like I am on holidays every day in this leafy suburb. I think it's a suburb that's got a big future and capital potential!

Boronia Heights

"Convenient, friendly and leafy suburb with affordable housing for First home buyers"

I have been working in this area and I have been overwhelmed with the community spirit of this place and the fantastic options the suburb provides. There is absolutely everything here- great schools, Shopping centre, beautiful parks, access to highway to Ipswich & Logan CBD plus the ease of access to everything not to mention being only 35 min drive to the Brisbane CBD. There are beautiful character and modern homes here and sprawling parks with established trees- I found it to be one of the best affordable suburb this close to Brisbane to meet that criteria.
The suburb is full of young home owners who are renovating and revitalising this suburb and many of buyers couldn't be happier to have got in to the property market here. It is getting busier every year but is filling with young new families who take pride in their suburb.
