We have lived in Butler for several years. We live overlooking the lakes on Kingsbridge Boulevard. It has an awesome community feel and we have fantastic neighbours on all sides. It’s a great place to bring a family up in. I love that we have so much nature on our doorstep- lots of trees, parrots etc.

In terms of crime we haven’t had any issue and neither have our neighbours who have lived here for over 15 years.

Close proximity to everything you need, such a choice of schools, shops and takeaway options, as well as other shops.

We find people to be very friendly including kids. We are always in the park seeing we live opposite it and speak to so many different types of people on a daily basis. I think because of this it is a fair and accurate run down of our suburb in general.
