hi Susanellenh, interested to see your comments re Langwarren. Im moving back to melb after 4 horrible years in perth. Lived in Cheltenham and Moorabbin for 10yrs in total. Im a mad keen fisho and spend as much time on PPB and WP as possible so need to be bayside, and my fiancee who a west aussie girl is from country wa in the sth west - margaret river, and is an artist so we are looking for a larger property so we can give her a studio as well as peace and quiet! Perth has become a town of hoons and louts, where parties till the wee hrs on a weekly basis are common place. Having only lived as far south as Cheltenham have no exp of the frankston region other than what you see and read in teh media- so what are the areas of langwarren , frankston sth, etc like?
cheers

Hi topnug, I love Langwarrin and Frankston South is lovely too. Langwarrin would be perfect for you as it is so close to the bay and mornington peninsula for fishing and would be great for your fiancee being an artist, many great properties on acreage where you could have an art studio, and peace and quiet. Frankston gets a bad rap by the media, but I have lived either side of Frankston, (Seaford and Langwarrin) and have not had any problems. Of course if you look for trouble you could find it, but that goes for any suburb these days!!! I hope you enjoy your move to Victoria. Cheers.
