Spot on!

I keep getting verbally attacked by bogans in cars as I'm walking down the street. This place is a dump. Lots of scumbags around. STAY AWAY!

Absolutely horrible; worst of humanity I have ever seen.

@yvonnelafferty1 - you seem to be traumatised by Hastings. By all accounts and your numerous replies it sounds horrifying which is confusing. I bought in Westpark Hastings 12 years ago as the price was too good to pass up.

Parkes

"Boring"

Canberra is very nice and leafy, but sadly terribly boring unless your a public servant. Its pull of dorks with ID cards hanging from their necks

Balnarring Beach

"Great SeaSide Town"

Balnarring Beach is just near Balnarring and Somers, two great towns. Everyone is very friendly and its a happy place to be. But its a fair way from a good cafe or a pub. But there is the Balnarring herritage.I often ride my bike throught Balnarring Beach and there is a great walk along the coast from Balnarring Beach to Merricks. You can also ride your bike to Somers along a friendly path. Also there is a leash free dog walking zone along the beach in Somers.

Wirilda Court

"Great Quiet Street"

Wirilda Court is very quiet and all houses on the street have great street views. Also the Primary School and General Store are in walking distance. Theres also a dog friendly leash free area on the beach perfect for dog lovers (which makes up most of the town) about five minutes walk. There haven't been any robberies on the street and it is the perfect family safe enviroment to raise a family with about a 50/50 split between holiday house owners and permanent residents. Neighbours are extremly friendly but most people seem to older (50's +) but there are some young families. It's been the perfect quiet street for us.

Great for

  • Quiet
  • Great Sea Views from all houses
  • Leafy and Green

Not great for

  • Wind coming off the bay can be noisy
  • Some nosy people
