Edithvale
"I recommend Edithvale to everyone"
I have observed the the bayside area over the last year and must say that Edithvale performs EXTREMELY well. Instead of buying a house in Mentone or Parkdale (where you are likely to be FAR away from the train, beach and the shops), I recommend buying in Edithvale where everything is in walking distance: beach, train, shops, parks, restaurants, cafes, schools, golf clubs, footy fields etc. The beach is absolutely stunning in Edithvale and there is so much green space there as well.
