"A peacful tree-lined street, close to the beach, where neighbours greet each other"
This is clearly the most beautiful street in Edithvale. Located in the prestigious Golden Square, it ticks ALL the boxes: Leafy street, grand properties and houses and close to the most beautiful beach in Victoria. It is also close to the train station (10 min walk) wetlands (5 min walk), has the golf course right next (1 min walk) to it and is close to the beach (7 min wak) and shops (8 min walk). Childcare options also within walking distance. There is a beautiful bike path that takes you in 10min to Mordialloc. Lochiel Avenue is one of the streets where you see children playing outside and neighbours know each other, stop for a chat and invite each other over. Am so happy to live there.

"Best street in Edithvale"
This is clearly the best street in Edithvale. Lochiel avenue is located in, what residents call, "the golden triangle of Edithvale" where the houses are expensive, big and beautiful. The street is lined with old trees. It is close to the beach, public transport, schools and next to parks and golf course...what more could you wish for? The houses are beautiful and well looked-after. The neighbours are friendly and everybody knows each other.
