"For the beach lovers and nature enthusiasts"
Little Bay has it all: great neighbourhood schools, low poverty and violent-crime rates, and a six-figure median household income ($AUD109,933). Residents can access the Sydney CBD in just 17 minutes, or escape the bustle of the big city at the Bay's many Golf courses. A very safe environment for your kids to grow. Very friendly neighbours and literally a resort like feel to the area. I have been living here for 3 years and cannot even imagine living anywhere else in Sydney now. If you like space, you'll LOVE Little Bay.

Buses area great option to travel to the cbd as I do the same. The good part is that you'll always get a "vacant seat" on the bus as Little Bay is the first stop for most buses.
Peak hours to the city via bus: 30-45 mins
Off peak hours: 20 mins
Fastest buses: X94, X92, L94
Off peak drive to the city: 15 mins
How long is the commute in peak hours, for daily commute to work in CBD? Are buses a good option for the commute? Thanks!
