"Great, friendly and safe place for anyone from young couples and families to retirees"
This where it is at. It is a great, friendly and safe place for anyone from young couples and families to retirees. It is quiet, the air is clean and all services are nearby. There are plenty of parks and recreational facilities. It is accessible to Brisbane and the Gold Coast. What more could you want? I would say "too good to be true", but it IS true!

The only thing that has changed is the Body Corporate is now cheaper and compared to other places is great value that RACQ give extra 25% discount of the best price.
