"This is my paradise"
All property here is acreage with blocks of land between 2 to 25 acres. It's quiet and nothing bothers me. It's only 15 minutes to good dining in the Blue Mountains, although you will need a car. Nearest town is Lithgow (15 minutes) that provides good facilities for shopping, schools, medical and entertainment. Properties up here are still affordable but don't come up for sale very often. (No one wants to leave).
It does get very cold in Winter and sometimes snows, but that is offset by the pleasant mild Summers that don't get too hot. Best time to look at this place is in October/ November when the Waratahs are in bloom.
