"Close to everything with an extended backyard (quiet park with playground and BBQ) at the rear"
A short walk to beach, a short walk to coffee shops, fruit and veg market, medical centre and chemist, newsagent and post office, and the recently renovated surf clubs for a great value meal.
Beach Flags just one street south in summer, popular surfing spot for the locals at the end of the street, 5 mins drive to major shopping centre and restraurant district at Broadbeach.
