Yes great location. I have many students and their families wanting to live in the area due to the proximity to Curtin Uni. Great bus service too.

Victoria Park and the surrounding suburbs are a great location for students attending Curtin Uni. Bus services in the area generally run past the Uni too. Bentley (two suburbs south) tends to have a lot of share houses that are perfect for students and is a bit closer to the Uni.
