Really depends on what your looking for. We had been looking for a place for a while and finally secured a home but had to go off market as it was so competitive.
We found that apartments were 200k-400k, villas/townhouses were from high 400k - 600k and then character homes were upwards from 650k unless looking around high traffic areas such as Shepperton Rd which which was around mid 400k - 500k. Hope that helps!
