HELP - LOOKING FOR BEST AREA TO SET UP TRAINING COURSE CENTRE MELBOURNE

Hi everyone//anyone out there that can help?

Am looking to set up a training centre in/near to Melbourne Ctiy.

Could anyone please advise best areas to look at - best for good links to transport etc.., and would need something like warehouse & rooms.

Would be catering for construction and hopsitality industries

P.s.....am posting another request for assistance with good, prefer upmarket than down, community areas to rent hopefully eventually buy in melbourne as well please. Rent prefer a house although have about $350pw not sure what that gets...
