This Info can be found on how local experts are ranked ~ a member's total contribution to the StreetAdvisor site can be measured in total points earned, which is then graded on a scale from 1-5" ~ http://streetadvisor.com/localexpert/default. aspx

Hi advisor,
In short, the answer is 8000 points.
Only one member to date has accomplished this, and that is Macsizzle on the U.S. site.
