Looking for a suburb with new developments

Hey everyone,

I am actually an international student here looking for a place to purchase but due to the regulations from the government i am not able to purchase a second dwellings. So if you guys have any ideas on any newly developed dwellings around your suburb please tell me as i am planning to stay here for a long time after graduation. I am looking around the eastern and south eastern region not too far from the city or inner city regions as well.
