Moving to victoria , need advice on which suburb to chose """Help me Locals"" :)

Hi guys, wanting to relocate from nsw to victoria in a year with my two children and nanny lol.
I want to work in melbourne but live about half an hour to no more than an hour out from melbourne.
Im 38 kidlings are 11 and 7, so need nice schools parks etc.
like smalll little towns that maybe have a country feel, not small though, love lots of birdlife.

We would like and acre maybe 2, will have around $700,000 to spend.

Any help would be really really appreciated. ps also like the beach, but maybe cant have it all, have no idea, currently from the central coast nsw.
