Real Estate Property Management Opinions

I have been through 2 local property managers in the Western region and have been totally disapointed with thier service.
What is your property managment service like in your area?

Hello,
I have a lot of contacts in the South and South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne and I have always found them to be fantastic with no issues at all.

What problems did you have? I am happy to help?

What fees were you charged? I can get property management for 5.5% (incl GST) together with a 1 week letting fee.
Cheers Shannon

Hi Shannon,

Thanks for your feedback it's given me some hope in the industry after all. I have a couple of investments in the North Western suburbs and have recently gone with Taylors realestate. These guys seem like the real deal at the moment. I will have to give them a go and hopefully we have a good working partnership. 5.5% management fee sounds great as I was only able to get 6.6% with two properties. Some property managers only deal with certain regions. Who are you dealing with, I will keep them in mind if I am delt with another rougue property managment agency. Have a happy New Year. Cheers Richard

Hello Richard,

I am currently using Hodges (Elsternwick) and Century 21 (Caulfield North) and have found the service to be outstanding. I also understand that Harcourts in Elsternwick are fantastic.

If your new property manager doesn't work out then please email me and I will chase up a few contacts I have in the North/West. I will be able to arrange a 5.5% management fee for you.

Hi yogi,

How did you go with the property management issues? Was CapitalAdvisory able to help you out?
