"Securely Let" for sale?

Hi JackieWebb

When browsing online adverts for properties I often come across ads like, "Fully serviced apartment, securely let to Hotel-Brand Apartments on a long term lease..."

What does this mean exactly? Am I able to occupy the apartment when I buy or its it purely for investment purposes? Am I subject to a body coporate? And what happens when the lease ends with the Hotel Company? Will I be a full owner of the apartment or will there always be another party on the bill?

Thanks,
