Were next???
Hi we moved to Sandringham about 2 months ago, and were looking at moving somewere around the area a little cheaper, family friendly i have a 2 year old and another on the way, with playgroups, creches and school and kinders etc.
The next place we move to we would like to buy there in the next couple of years.
We like it around here but dont no if Sandriingham, Black rock or Beaumaris is right for us.
anyone with suggestions??

We have friends in Brighton East (cheaper than Brighton) and they love it. Lots of services nearby.

Sandringham is a beautiful area, and unfortunately house prices are not going down anytime soon. I think it comes down to two major factors on where you would move next:
1) What is your budget?
2) How far away from the CBD are you willing to live.
