What are your thoughts on VCAT and how it opperates.

As a Landlord on four separate VCAT appearances which were to do with the Tenants not paying their rent or being late the VCAT members have favoured the Tenants every time. We are left out of pocket and now try to avoid VCAT as much as we can. I don’t understand why VCAT is so against Landlords as if it wasn’t for Landlords supporting private housing this Government would really have some serious housing issues to deal with.
