"Nice neighbourhood. Convenient location."
A very quiet street , close to parks , transport , public golf , medical centre and local shops.
Easy access to the Eastern corridor (Roe Hwy and Tonkin). A well presented street with friendly residents. Close proximity to Riverton Forum and Carousel Cannington with a myriad of specialist services in Canningvale and Collins road centre just around the corner. A very convenient location.
Local government services are very good including verge collections and recycling services. Power services are solid with very few outages.
