Reviews of Vincent Street, Nedlands
"Nice Street, traffic can be a problem. Close to all amenities."
Beautiful tree lined, with 2 parks on the street. These are Masons Gardens complete with long necked turtles in the pond and the Rose Gardens complete with Roses and swings - what more could you ask for.
Accessibility is the great advantage. Easy to get to city, river, ocean, shopping and eating districts.
The street can be a bit busy but I've lived there for 15 years and never found it a problem. The houses are nicely set back and noise really isn't an issue.
Cycling distance to schools - and no major streets to cross. Walk to the shops for a coffee or paper. Walk to the closest bus stop.
Golf club, football oval, cricket nets, bike shops, restaurants, shops, all within 1km.
A great spot to live, and a bit more affordable than the very similar but slightly quieter streets nearby.
