Vincents Road, Pelverata, TAS 7150

Vincents Road is narrow, unsealed, windy and a no through road, which means we get very little traffic. The only people who use Vincents Road are the few local residents & farmers and the postie, apart from the occasional lost tourist!

The road itself is picturesque, winding through farm and bushland where native animals can be seen dawn to dusk so you need to drive cautiously. Views from the road include pastures with cows, hobby farms with horses, goats, alpacas and residential homes, most of which are set well away from the road itself, hidden amongst the trees.

Vincents Road boasts an idyllic, private, safe and peaceful lifestyle away from the noise and development of the suburbs. Children ride their horses on the road and people walk on the road as there are no footpaths. Pelverata has a pleasant country community atmosphere with occasional meetings, BBQs and car boot sales at the local community hall. Neighbours look out for each other and will lend a hand.

Vincents Road is about 15" drive to Huonville or about 20" to Kingston and 30" to Hobart. A perfect mix of relaxing rural life and accessibility to major centres.
