Are snakes ever encountered on walks by the river in Viveash?

I haven't encountered any, but you can bet they are there. Most will get out of the way, but with dogs darting around and changing direction quickly, they can surprise a snake and be in some danger. Always something to think about with dogs in long grass, and watch the kids as well. Grown ups going for a stroll shouldn't need to worry though.
