Seahaven estate, although generally anywhere beach side of read street is good, and the closer to the beach from there the better it is.
Waikiki, loke most places in the Rockingham Districts can have properties ranging from $1m to $200k. There can be some beautiful areas/ streets and some to avoid. When looking in this area you need to rely on local knowlege and deal with an agent who is prepared to let you know if the property is in a good street ot not. You basically get what you pay for. However, in saying that you still need to look carefully in the area you are buying. Look at the local houses, are the gardens well cared for. Always a good sign of a good street. Are there footpaths nearby leading to shops etc. are the streets wide or narrow. All this can be provided by a local agent who is prepared to give honest advice and not just try and sell you the property.
