Front fence in Walkley Heights.
I have confirmed that one is not permitted to have a front fence in Walkley Heights, which is unfortunate. Seems like this should be up to the owner, not restricted by the original developer. I feel personally that any Northern suburb area should have a front fence. The more deterrents from crime the better.
