"Quiet backwater"
A nice quiet cul-de-sac walking distance to public transport, parks and shops. A great place to live if you don't mind the occasional plane flying overhead!

"Nice quiet court, close to everything."
Only a few houses in this quiet court, mostly retirees. Walking distance to public transport, shopping, schools, and some nice local parks.

Have seen the occasional mouse and rat. We used to have possums frequenting our tree but havent seen them for a number of years
