"Tucked away but not far from anything"
This quiet culdesac is the perfect place to call home, close to Sawtell beaches, Toormina Gardens, sports fields and creeks. Not far away are great bush walking / cycling tracks through the Bongil Bongil national park to the Boambee river and all the way to Sawtell if you choose. Schools and bus stops are close by with bus stops on either side of Lyons road making public transport very accessible. Lovely family friendly neighborhood, interactive with Haloween trick or treating, Christmas decorations, embracing events and creating a general welcoming community feel.
