I would say the closest to Warrandyte would be Donvale Cattery. It's located at 72 McGowans Rd, Donvale

Donvale Cattery at 72 McGowans Rd, Donvale. Highly sought after given the facilities and care they provide. Currently extending by popular demand! Must book well ahead as they have many regulars who pre book well ahead, particularly the normal holiday periods.

The closest cattery to Warrandyte is in Donvale on McGowens Rd. I haven’t used it yet but have heard really good things about it.
