"I got to know this court & its residents"
Recently I marketed 9 Warrawee Court which backs onto the creek reserve. So many people wanted the home because of this feature. The neighbours were always pleasant & the place so quiet. Hence the house was snapped up in just two short weeks. The court just has a really good feel about it. One of my favourite spots in Clifton Springs.
