"Peaceful and family oriented"
Leafy, with many local parks and bushwalks. Close to many good schools and walkable to public transport. Not much to do at night. Can travel to most major shopping centres, and beaches within 30mins by car (Chatswood, Hornsby, Newport). A few choices for eating out in nearby Wahroonga and Turramurra. Great place for raising kids.

"Great family environment"
We moved to Warrawee 3 years ago and we are enjoying a great quality life with our family and neighbours. Walking distance to Turramurra, Wahroonga town centres, SAN Hospital, train stations, supermarkets, restaurants, best schools in Sydney.
