Looking at renting in Warrawong..is it unsafe?
Warrawong, NSW 2502 is located within the Wollongong local government area, part of the Illawarra Region in New South Wales.
Found a place my partner and I really love but have heard that Warrawong is on the unsafe/disadvantaged list with the housing commision and Legoland in the area. Is this true? Do I have to be worried? Would love to hear any tips from locals in the area!
