Moving to Warrnambool. Which area is best to buy?

My husband and I have been thinking of moving to Warrnambool from Melbourne this last year once the restrictions are eased. We are busy looking at houses but need some advice which areas are best in Warrnambool? We have a nine month old daughter so childcare and schools is very important too. Any advice will be greatly appreciated thanks :)
