Looking for just retirement homes or central Town houses, units close to beach and cbd?Try Fergus at ray white I am about to list a front town house at 58 lava through him and he has plenty of information on area and trusted. DB

There are quite a few choices in terms of retirement villages in Warrnambool. It depends on how much you can afford and whether you want to either purchase the property or lease it.
Some of the well known ones are Gillan Park, Heatherly, Anchor Point and even a left field one called Hopkins River Holiday Park.
