Reviews of Warwick, WA

"Great leafy green suburb central to everything."

Great suburb just 14km to Perth CBD. Great transport links & great little shopping centre. The blocks are large with older style homes that mostly are well maintained. A very quiet & safe suburb with a great friendly community. Love this area as it is close to all amenities with most of our neighbours are elderly that have been here since suburb was developed. Wouldn't live anywhere else.

"Small suburb close to everything"

Living near the train makes it so easy to walk to the train station and get into the city without any fuss. I feel it has been a 'sleepy' place for years but it is being discovered now. Nice place for families.

Rentals in Warwick

"Convenient for everything"

It is a good place to live, nice neighbourhood, seems like people stay put and well established. Having lived in Duncraig which is so over rated and dull it has a bit of life. The train opens a whole new world of going out of the suburbs to eat out and get into the city. Big blocks and our garden is private and peaceful.

"Big blocks close to everything."

Close to everything.
Multiple shopping centres close by.
Train station close by.
2 minutes to freeway.
10 minutes max to beach.
2 minutes to Reid highway to airport (for FIFOs)

Huge blocks, large houses.

Very established suburb, there's rarely anything for sale and when there is it goes FAST.
