"Family friendly living and quiet and peachful environment"
South Guildford is located apporximate 12 kms to the City with easy access to public transport and a short drive to Swan Valley. There are two housing estate which is Rosehill Park Estate and Waterhall Estate which are surrounded by quality homes. If you are looking to start a family, I would recommend you to buy into this suburn as it's still affordable and very good neighbourhood.
