The Opalia Estate is located in Melton South, in a newer area that is thriving. It already boasts 2 x train stations, 2 x shopping centres (Opalia Shopping Centre is one of these and is currently under construction nearing completion). Freeway access is also relatively easy, you can either go through Melton South to the freeway access points or swing around the back way through Rockbank along Greigs Road. There is also plenty of choice when it comes to private or public schools in the area... with another new primary school already approved that will be built along Bridge Road, Strathtulloh VIC 3338.
There is also plenty of recreation in this location, The Melton Weir is minutes away, Atherstone Athletics Facility and Toolern Creek are minutes away, along with other local parks, playgrounds and walking tracks to explore!
