It is not too bad, but depends on what you want to do. There are a lot of businesses in the area, since it is commercial and industrial. But, this means that a lot of the people going there are doing so for work and since it is part of the job they can go at any time of the day rather than all have to rush out at lunch time. But still you do have to allow a littel bit of time just in case.
